Toscano is the creation of chefs Gianni Betti and Linda Harrell. Working together at an Italian restaurant in Baltimore in 1993, they discovered they shared the same dream to create a restaurant specializing in authentic Italian cuisine featuring unique family recipes and traditional ingredients from Italy. Twenty-five years later, they opened Cibo e Beve in Sandy Springs with Gonzalo de Aristegui. On September 1st, 2021 they opened the doors to their second restaurant in Atlantic Station. Toscano Ristorante Italiano will feature one-of-a-kind Tuscan recipes and select family favorites, along with speciality coffees, desserts, panini sandwiches, pizza, craft cocktails and an award-winning wine list.
